Return Policy
At Pawoohoo, due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer returns once your order has shipped.
However, if you need to cancel, you can do so within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, a 45% restocking fee will apply to help cover part of the artwork costs. We also offer unlimited revisions before shipping to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your custom piece.

Apply Underglaze
Coat the cup inside and out 2-3 times with underglaze for vibrant color and texture.
Kiln Firing
Fired at 1240°C 2-3 times to strengthen the material and set the design.

Yes. Different frame sizes can accommodate different numbers of pets. Please email us before ordering.
Can I preview my pet portrait before finalizing?
Yes, we offer free previews and unlimited revisions. You'll usually receive an digital draft within 1-2 days. Request edits or approve the design before we proceed with hand-painting and shipping.
What if I’m not satisfied with my pet portrait?
We’ll work with you throughout the process. Once you confirm your satisfaction, we'll ship the portrait.
Are my pet photos good enough?
We review all photos upon receiving your order. If there’s an issue, we’ll email you for more photos. The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash) and at eye level with your pet.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Additional flat shipping fees apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
Can you draw me with my pet?
Yes, please email us with your photos.
Can you feature my pet on your website?

Do you only design cat and dog portraits?
