Return Policy
At Pawoohoo, due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer returns once your order has shipped.
However, if you need to cancel, you can do so within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, a 45% restocking fee will apply to help cover part of the artwork costs. We also offer unlimited revisions before shipping to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your custom piece.

Is it free to add a collar?
Yes, adding small accessories like a hat, collar, or scarf is free. However, adding a platform, bed, or placing the figurine on other ceramic items (boxes, mugs, etc.) will incur an extra cost. Please message us for pricing before placing your order.
Can I add my pet's name and date of birth to the base of my sculpture?
Yes.
Will it deform, fade, or crack?
No, we use high-grade polymer clay, and each figurine is 100% handmade. Hand wash only, and avoid abrasive brushes or sponges to prevent damage.
Can I preview it before finalizing?
Yes, we provide a preview of the the finished figurine before shipping. Once approved, we will bake and ship.
What if I’m not satisfied with my pet sculpture?
We’ll work with you throughout the process. Once you confirm your satisfaction, we'll ship it.
Are my pet photos good enough?
We review all photos upon receiving your order. If there’s an issue, we’ll email you for more photos. The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash) and at eye level with your pet.
Do you ship worldwide?
No. We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Additional flat shipping fees apply for Alaska and Hawaii.
