This natural, odorless product is easy to use. Just add 2-3 drops of fragrance to the unpainted white area on the back of the aromatherapy stone, lay it flat, and let it absorb before releasing the scent.

Return Policy
At Pawoohoo, due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer returns once your order has shipped.
However, if you need to cancel, you can do so within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, a 45% restocking fee will apply to help cover part of the artwork costs. We also offer unlimited revisions before shipping to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your custom piece.

These are best suited for small spaces. Due to their size, they work well as car air vent clips.
Will it deform or fade?
No, but like glass or ceramics, they are fragile. Avoid hard rubbing or sharp objects to prevent damage.
Can I preview it before finalizing?
Yes, we provide a preview of the pet aromatherapy stone before painting. You’ll usually receive it within 1 day for confirmation. Once approved, our artist will hand-paint and color it before shipping.
What if I’m not satisfied with my pet aroma stone?
We’ll work with you throughout the process. Once you confirm your satisfaction, we'll ship it.
Are my pet photos good enough?
We review all photos upon receiving your order. If there’s an issue, we’ll email you for more photos. The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash) and at eye level with your pet.
