Return Policy
At Pawoohoo, due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer returns once your order has shipped.
However, if you need to cancel, you can do so within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, a 45% restocking fee will apply to help cover part of the artwork costs. We also offer unlimited revisions before shipping to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your custom piece.

We offer three round tag sizes: Small (1"), Medium (1.2"), and Large (1.4"). Choose based on your needs — any two sizes can also be layered.
Can I customize the text or image?
Absolutely! You can upload your design or your pet’s photo. We can engrave names, birthdays, phone numbers — whatever you need.
Will the engraving fade or wear off?
No way! We use real brass and deep, high-definition carving, so your images and text stay sharp and clear for years.
Will the brass change color over time?
Over time, brass develops a natural patina, adding character. To keep it shiny, just wipe it with a soft cloth.
