Return Policy
At Pawoohoo, due to the custom nature of our products, we don’t offer returns once your order has shipped.
However, if you need to cancel, you can do so within 6 hours of placing your order. After 6 hours, a 45% restocking fee will apply to help cover part of the artwork costs. We also offer unlimited revisions before shipping to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your custom piece.

Creation Process
Hand-Painting
The artist hand-paints the pet portrait and background on the mug.
Apply Underglaze
Coat the cup inside and out 2-3 times with underglaze for vibrant color and texture.
Kiln Firing
Fired at 1240°C 2-3 times to strengthen the material and set the design.
Eco-Friendly Finish
Dishwasher and microwave safe. The pet mug is ready!

Can I customize multiple pets on one mug?
Yes, you can select the number of pets when placing your order. We recommend 2 pets for the best detail, but you can include up to 4. Note that more pets may result in smaller portraits and reduced detail.
Can I add a pet's name and date of birth to the mug?
Yes, just include this information in the customization section.
Can I specify a Monet-style background?
Yes, just include this information in the customization section. If no background is specified, we’ll match it to your pet’s color and characteristics.
Can I put it in the dishwasher or microwave?
Yes, the mug is fired at 1240℃ and is safe for both the dishwasher and microwave.
Can I preview my custom pet mug before finalizing?
Yes, we offer free preview and unlimited revisions for pet portraits on mug.
What if I’m not satisfied with my pet portrait mug?
We’ll work with you throughout the process. Once you confirm your satisfaction, we'll ship the portrait.
Are my pet photos good enough?
We review all photos upon receiving your order. If there’s an issue, we’ll email you for more photos. The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash) and at eye level with your pet.

No, we create portraits for all pets—cats, dogs, horses, rabbits, and more. All animals are welcome!
